Registration instructions

• Early registration ends on September 23, 23:59 Egypt time
• One-day design excursion includes an outdoor activity on the 7th of November to a historic site. This is a separate ticket and not included in any of the conference registration  options
• If you are an ACM or a SIGCHI member, you'll be required to provide proof of membership. This could be the subscription invoice or a snapshot from membership info at https://myacm.acm.org/. The proof will be checked and the ticket will be cancelled if the membership has expired prior to registration date
• The amount paid is calculated in Egyptian pounds. Conversion rate to display the USD amount is calculated according to https://www.xe.com/ on 15 August, 2025. You might notice small discrepancies in the USD amount displayed on the payment platform.  
• Cancellation requests should be emailed to the general chairs and the registration chair within 30 days from the tickets purchase. It might take up to one week to be processed

• In participating, you acknowledge ACM's Policy Against Harassment: https://www.acm.org/about-acm/policy-against-harassment at ACM Activities and agree that behavior such as the following will constitute grounds for actions against you:

• Abusive action directed at an individual, such as threats, intimidation, or bullying.
• Racism, and other behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people.
• Sexual harassment of any kind, such as unwelcome sexual advances or words/actions of a sexual nature.
